I had the pleasure of going to the Yale Center for British Art yesterday. There are amazing works there. And the lady at the front desk is very helpful and informative. The guards on the firth floor are also extremely informative. They are very kind and welcome questions. The special exhibit on the third floor, for Johan Zoffany is not photo friendly, meaning you cannot take pictures there. I was able to sneak one picture because the guard was nice, however, you really cant take pictures. Also, the second floor is currently close because that are in between exhibits. Other than that, there are a lot of beautiful and interesting pieces there to look at. If anyone is interested in going, I suggest speaking with the guards and reading the information panels on the walls, they gives great information about artists and time periods.
Pictures soon to come...
